LNG?

LNG NL believes that this project can have a significant positive impact on an offshore oil and gas industry in NL that is transitioning to become a more broadly based Energy Industry. All while creating well paid jobs and significant wealth within the province and Canada. LNG NL’s project will create between 1,300-1,500 direct permanent jobs at peak construction and a minimum of four hundred direct jobs during operations.

 

As LNG NL intends to comply with the spirit and intent of the local preference provisions as outlined in the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act we will ensure proper liaison with local industry and public advertisement of opportunities at scales that will ensure full and fair opportunity for qualified companies and individuals.
